Every team member completes the SOUL psychometric assessment independently — online, at their own pace. Results remain confidential until the shared workshop.

Team Discovery Workshop

A half-day or full-day facilitated workshop where individual profiles are revealed and explored together. The team maps their collective strengths, surfaces friction points, and co-creates working agreements.
